Is Cyber Rakshak a spyware app?
No, and you can check rather than take our word for it: the Android app requests no SMS, call-log or contacts permissions. Features ask before they touch anything sensitive, and the endpoints holding your evidence refuse to run until the matching consent is recorded.
Is the evidence captured legally valid?
Evidence records are immutable: once written they cannot be edited or deleted, and only metadata can be added. Each carries the time of capture, optionally the position, and a SHA-256 fingerprint calculated on your device. We do not claim the records are court-admissible — that is for a court to decide on the facts of your case.
Does it work without internet?
Not today. Threat checks, evidence upload and alerts all need a connection. Offline capture with a later sync is something we want to build and have not built.
When will the mobile app be available?
It is still in development and is not on Google Play or the App Store. We will announce the release on this site.
Can I protect my whole family?
Yes — one account covers several devices. Which plans cover how many devices is on the pricing page.
